Rhino's Ski Shack Overview

We are a pumping restaurant/bar located in the heart of Queenstown, open for lunch through to the wee hours.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our site and team to deliver a fun, high-energy experience for customers.

The Role

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience with late-night party times and some restaurant experience or casual dining.

You will be responsible for managing the team and upholding high standards, coaching and training staff to provide a professional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team and uphold high standards
  • Coach and train staff to provide a fun, high-energy experience

Benefits

Competitive pay of $90-120k per year depending on experience.

We offer long-term accommodation in a fully furnished shared twin room with linen for $200 a week, or a single room for $300 a week.

Short-term accommodation is also available at $275 for the twin room, and $400 for a single room.

What We're Looking For

A long-term commitment to the position and the ability to work well under pressure.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
