Job Description: As a Ski Boot Technician or Ski Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical advice to our customers. You will need to have at least one year of ski and snowboard boot fitting experience in a retail environment, and be competent selling ski and snowboard hardware and accessories.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Solid experience is necessary for the Boot Technician and Workshop Technician roles. You must be fluent in English and have eligibility to work in NZ. Previous customer service experience is also beneficial.
