The Role:

This individual will specialize in managing paid media campaigns across PPC, Shopping, Display, Retargeting, and upper-funnel Programmatic advertising.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising with specific expertise in the US market, driving growth and performance through strategic ad placement, optimization, and audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing effective paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google suite, Bing etc.).
  • Conducting keyword research and refining ad copywriting.
  • Overseeing Google Shopping campaigns, ensuring accurate product feeds and optimizing for maximum performance.
  • Analyzing product-level performance data and adjusting bidding strategies to improve product visibility and conversions.
  • Leading the strategy and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns for upper-funnel awareness and customer acquisition.

Digital Advertising Expertise:

  • A strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent communication, project management skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in managing substantial budgets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
