OceanaGold is a growing intermediate gold and copper producer with a portfolio of four operating mines. We have a global workforce with significant exploration, development and operating experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Resource Development Geologist will be responsible for planning and executing activities to ensure delivery of underground drilling program to achieve the departmental schedule, budget and strategy.
  • They will conduct Task Observations and Inspections on a regular basis.

The role will involve managing and liaising with our drilling contractors to ensure they conform to quality and safety standards as stipulated in the drilling contract. The successful candidate will also assist with Resource Development projects including void modelling, geological modelling and geometallurgy campaigns as required.
