Job Description:
As a Sleep Coach for ResMed Inc, you will focus on helping individuals achieve improved sleep health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and support to customers seeking to improve their sleep quality
- Administering and facilitating sleep tests, working closely with sleep physicians
- Educating customers on their sleep health and finding tailored solutions
- Facilitating the sales of our medical devices
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a busy retail, customer service, or administration environment
- A strong customer service focus and ability to maintain compassion under pressure
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
