We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing to placement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job brief to placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring top-quality service and support.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including proactive search methodologies.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and manage candidate shortlisting.
  • Perform reference checks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate client interviews and negotiate offer terms.
  • Provide post-placement support to contractors and hiring managers.
  • Maintain adherence to customer SLAs and engagement processes.

Client Management:

  • Establish and maintain regular contact and meetings with clients and hiring managers.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of client information in the database.
  • Identify business opportunities through client interactions and follow up accordingly.
  • Support Client Relationship Managers in achieving account success strategies.

Talent Management:

  • Monitor progress of placed candidates and contractors, maintaining ongoing communication.
  • Proactively engage with shortlisted candidates and redirect unsuccessful applicants.
  • Responsively handle candidate inquiries and manage placements.
  • Foster strong relationships within our talent pool community.
