The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in managing customer lifecycle, email marketing, or marketing automation in a B2B or B2C environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and exposure to CRMs such as Salesforce and data platforms like PowerBI are highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include creating engaging and targeted email campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing team to create compelling content, managing customer data and segmentation, and utilising data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation.

The successful candidate will also be required to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.
