We are looking for a talented Results-Driven Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth at Incorta. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach, researching target accounts, and collaborating closely with our Enterprise Account Executives.

This role requires someone with a strong ability to generate leads, navigate enterprise organizations, and create new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to identify and qualify prospects within your assigned territory.
  2. Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our solutions.
  3. Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to source new opportunities and nurture existing ones.
  4. Engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and align them with potential customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software.
  • Results-driven mentality with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
