About the Role

This Sales Growth Specialist position is designed to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various industries, including supermarkets, convenience stores, quick serve restaurants, and box retail.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales pipeline management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales regions and provide status reports.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Account Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, evaluate their position in the industry, and research sales options in coordination with your manager.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, analyzing sales options, and providing sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, provide technical information and product support in conjunction with RDM-Inc. Technical Support Department, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: 3+ years outside sales experience in the HVAC/R, controls environment or other technical sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in common software applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and internet savvy.
