**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Whitianga. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, working closely with our Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving position, excellent communication skills, and a kind and caring nature. You will be required to work a weekly roster that includes weekends and possible night shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build rapport with residents, staff, and visitors
