About the Role

Ventia is a leading provider of essential infrastructure services in Australia and New Zealand. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will provide strategic leadership, advice, and support for operational compliance to SHEQ policy and processes.

You will coach and mentor your team of Business Partners and senior operations managers in the development and application of their SHEQ knowledge. Your activities will include oversight and approval of incident investigation, provision of SHEQ expertise at client meetings, and updating of SHEQ plans in response to legislation/policy changes.

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide valuable insight and drive the success of the contract as a key member of the Senior Leadership team.
  • SHEQ Expertise: Apply legislative knowledge and provide expert guidance on SHEQ policy and processes.
