The **Porsche** **Service Manager** has a major part to play in achieving distributor and company targets around customer service and satisfaction as well as productivity and profitability.

This role will require previous or current **Porsche** Management experience or Management experience from another luxury car brand.

A thorough understanding of internal systems, warranty procedures, and the service department processes will be a pre-requisite.

**The role**
- Be responsible for the service front end staff and technicians
- Maximise workshop productivity and efficiency
- Management of warranty repairs, requirements and administration
- Work closely with the parts department to ensure a pro-active supply approach
- Ensure technicians training and development are in line with manufacturing standards
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
- Set and monitor KPI's
- Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner
- Based on a 5 Day, 40 hour week plus the additional time to give the role justice

**About you**
- Seeking experienced Porsche Service Manager or similar with prestige brands
- Thorough understanding of Porsche Systems advantageous
- The passion and drive to enhance the workshop capabilities
- Ability to monitor and maintain productivity and efficiency
- Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Have a technical background/qualification
- Lead by example and enjoy customer interaction
- Be able to build morale and confidence individually and as a team
- Enjoy a busy pressurised environment and thrive on targets
