Job Description
As a Loan Kit Technician, you will play a critical role in a fulfillment team based in Auckland who work closely with Operations and Sales Teams. This role involves constructing customised surgical kits to assist with key surgical areas.
You will be responsible for packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms, receiving and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals, liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet surgeons' and sales representatives' requirements, resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, and transacting products accurately within the required time frame in the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms.
- Receiving and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals.
- Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet surgeons' and sales representatives' requirements.
