Loan Kit Technician is an integral part of a fulfillment team based in Ellerslie, Auckland who work closely with Operations and Sales Teams. This rare opportunity will present a passionate internal and external service opportunity to construct a customised surgical kit to assist with these key surgical areas.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses a high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation
  • Has a can-do attitude, is flexible, and can work autonomously
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task

You'll be responsible for:

  • Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet the surgeons and sales representatives' requirements
  • Resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations
  • Transacting all products accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures
