LifeHealthcare has a broad portfolio of medical products within various surgical areas. We source and distribute surgical implants, biologics, surgical instruments, consumables, and capital equipment. Our Fulfillment Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of these products to healthcare professionals.

We're looking for a Surgical Kit Specialist to join our team in Auckland. This position involves constructing customized surgical kits for key areas such as Spine, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Interventional Neurovascular, Robotics, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Medical Capital, and Consumables.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties include:

  • Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet surgeons and sales representatives' requirements
  • Resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations
  • Transacting all products accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures
