The CNS-MH position plays a vital role in our organization's commitment to enhancing clinical services and improving patient outcomes. This role requires a senior nurse with expertise in palliative care and a strong understanding of Māori cultural values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices
  • Work closely with patients and whanau to make informed decisions regarding care and treatment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local iwi and Māori health organizations

Requirements:

  • A senior nurse with at least 4 years' experience in palliative care or similar
  • A keenness and desire to work at the top of your scope
  • Ability to demonstrate clinical, professional and cultural leadership
