**Job Details**

This is a full-time position as a Registered Nurse at Laurel Place care home in Bishop Auckland. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing person-centred nursing care to adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia, and physical disabilities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Providing nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • The safe administration of medication
  • Promoting health and wellbeing through education and activities
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
