The Role:

We're seeking a Trade Sales Supervisor at our Rotorua branch. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the branch provides exceptional customer service to clients within the trade industry. You'll lead by example, prioritizing workload, providing strong customer service, building relationships with key clients and team members, and taking responsibility for Health and Safety within the branch.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our Branch Manager and other team members. We're looking for someone who is dedicated to driving results, has strong relationship-building skills, and can provide end-to-end product and delivery solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the Trade area
  • Prioritize workload to ensure important projects are handled with urgency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to trade accounts and offer advice when needed
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and team members alike
  • Lead by example, demonstrating operational strength, inspiring leadership, and sales ability
  • Ensure the Branch Inventory Controller is kept informed of any warehouse stock issues
