About Our Company

Hudson Nz is a leading manufacturer based in South Auckland, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team.

This role involves processing approximately 1,000 invoices per month, along with bank reconciliations and general data entry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice reconciliation
  • Performing bank reconciliations and financial data entry
  • Supporting payroll (experience preferred but not required)
  • Handling general administration within the finance function
  • Assisting with finance queries and reporting as needed

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is proficient in Excel and familiar with banking systems
  • Can work independently but also collaborate with the Finance Manager for support
  • Has a solid foundation in AP work - everything else can be learned

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be part of a small, close-knit team (3-4 people) including Finance, Purchasing, Sales & Customer Service. This is a full-time role with flexible start and finish times, working on-site in Otahuhu, South Auckland.
