Apprentice Die Setter for Sustainable Packaging

We're seeking a skilled individual to join our Pact Group team as an Apprentice Die Setter. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop your expertise in maintaining and optimizing blowmould machines. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the setup and configuration of these machines, performing routine maintenance tasks, and monitoring machine operation during production runs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular maintenance on blowmould machines and moulds to prevent malfunctions and optimize performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis and collaboration with the production team and engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production data.
