Key responsibilities include developing mid/long-term reliability strategies for equipment, ensuring delivery of reliability maintenance execution aligns with asset strategy, and taking action to solve reliability maintenance problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree with relevant experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • High level of technical competency, project management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat exchangers, pumps, motors, valves, digesters, and/or heavy industrial process equipment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
