We're seeking a highly skilled Reliability Mechanical Engineer to join our Kinleith Mill team in Tokoroa. This role will report directly to the Reliability Engineering Manager and focus on providing expertise and support to ensure overall mill business objectives are met. Key responsibilities include developing mid/long-term reliability strategies for equipment, ensuring delivery of reliability maintenance execution aligns with asset strategy, and taking action to solve reliability maintenance problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree with relevant experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • High level of technical competency, project management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat exchangers, pumps, motors, valves, digesters, and/or heavy industrial process equipment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.
