In this role as an Apprentice Die Setter, you will be working towards developing your skills in maintaining and optimizing blowmould machines. You will assist in the setup and configuration of these machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and safely.
About Your Role:
The primary focus of this position is to support the production team by setting up and operating blowmould machines. This involves loading moulds, adjusting clamps, and configuring machine parameters to achieve the desired product quality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance on blowmould machines and moulds to prevent malfunctions and optimize performance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest process changes.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production data.
You Will Be Successful If:
• You have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a willingness to learn advanced skills.
• You prioritize safety and take initiative to resolve any issues that arise during production runs.
• You possess excellent communication skills for working effectively with the production team and engineers.
