Job Description: We have a vacancy for a part-time, permanent role in our Specialist Applications team in Wellington. As an Administration and Support Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and engaging with stakeholders.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and experienced team that provides judicial support to the Chief Judge of the Maori Land Court and technical expertise to the wider bench of the Maori Appellate Court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, printing, and filing documents
  • Arrange travel and coordinate meetings
  • Engage with stakeholders and maintain effective communication
  • Support case management, land, title, and survey management
  • Contribute to the Ministry's goal of promoting and assisting in the retention of Maori land in the hands of its owners
