**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Lead to join our Sector Insights team at the Ministry of Justice (New Zealand).

As a key member of our team, you will lead the Reporting and Advice team in generating insights and advice for leaders across the justice sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quality reporting and advice that enables decisions that improve justice outcomes
  • Leading and developing the Reporting and Advice team
  • Collaborating with the General Manager Sector Insights and the wider Sector Insights Management Team

The successful candidate will have a tertiary degree in a relevant field and experience in leadership roles in medium or large organizations.

You will also have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including Ministers and key government officials.
