We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic professional to join our team as a Housing Support Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships to ensure their housing and wellbeing needs are met. You will be supporting customers with complex needs, including dealing with challenging behaviour situations, rent arrears, and debt collection/recovery.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to problem-solve will be essential in de-escalating highly emotional situations. Experience in tenancy, emergency, or social housing is preferred, but not necessary. If you have knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, that's a bonus

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong time management and organisational skills. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers.
