Job Summary

This 10-month contract offers an exciting opportunity to work with Mars New Zealand's diverse range of products. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining effective communication with both internal and external customers.

About The Role

You will be responsible for responding to consumer enquiries/feedback, processing orders, and generating reports. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, freight, and warehouse suppliers.

Your Key Tasks

  1. Consumer Enquiries: Respond to consumer enquiries/feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Order Processing: Process orders, including changes, returns, and cancellations.
  3. Reporting: Generate reports and analyze trends associated with contact data.
