About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Programme Manager to lead our 3 Waters capital projects. As Programme Delivery Lead, you will work collaboratively with our consultant and contractor panels to deliver programmes safely on time, within budget, and meet strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programme delivery risks effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with consultants and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business cases and investment drivers.

Requirements

  • Excellent project and programme management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with public sector budgets.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • A strong background in managing performance within an integrated supply chain model.
