Job Description

\

As a Registered Nurse with our Clinical Community Nursing Programme, you will deliver high-quality nursing services to people living in the community. This role involves working with our established team of Nurses, Coordinators, Support Workers, and other Allied Health professionals.

\

You will provide a broad range of care to clients in their own homes, including non-complex and complex wound care, medication management, diabetes management, catheter and bowel care, tunnel drain care, cardio-pulmonary care, and more.

\

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference and improving the quality of life for people living in their own homes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse and current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. A restricted or full driver's license is also required.
