The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for culinary arts. As a Senior Culinary Professional, you will play a key role in driving performance, developing new menu ideas, and mentoring junior chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu concepts in collaboration with the management team
  • Mentor and train junior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Liaise with suppliers to source fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fully qualified chef with a strong understanding of kitchen procedures and safety protocols
