**Job Description:**

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides a safe environment where people can develop confidence and new skills, build friendships with peers, and interact with others in the community. You will be supporting people in their own homes, helping them with various aspects of daily life, and teaching life skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Level 3 Health and Wellbeing qualification
  • Possess empathy, respect, and cultural awareness
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends
