Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to work as part of our Community Rehab Team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various conditions, including neurological, vestibular, amputee rehabilitation, and others.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • \
  • Assessing patients' physical abilities and developing individualized treatment plans\
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and independence\
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting outcomes\
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices\
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and projects\
  • Adhering to Homes' policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines\
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • \
  • A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution\
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with rehab client groups\
  • A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)\
  • Rights to live and work in NZ\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Problem-solving approach and ability to work independently\
  • Familiarity with workshop machinery and fabrication processes\
  • Current valid work Visa allowing you to live and work in NZ\
  • Desire for ongoing learning and professional development
