Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Oceania, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides expert and personalised care for our residents. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care and support to our residents
  • Lead and coordinate the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
