About You
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth. Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
The Team/Location
We enjoy a team culture of collaborative practice, openness, humour and respect across disciplines. As a Care Manager you will work a 24/7 rotating roster responding to clients in crisis. Shifts are rostered (four days on, two days off over a 6 week cycle), with rostered on call between 11.30PM to 8.00AM.
