  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including lead sales and marketing, sourcing community events, and building channel partner relationships.
  • Manage leads and pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales.
  • Work closely with the Investment team to expand Bizplus business.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and house rules from setup to daily management of the business, including product standards and training materials.
  • Implement automated processes for sales, delivery of services, and customer management.
  • Manage all vendor relationships directly and oversee procurement for operating items, ensuring appropriate stocking and cost control measures are in place.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in co-working, leasing, sales, community building, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and with an entrepreneur's mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
