Job Description:

In this role, you'll work closely with our Retail Service Providers to win new NZ fibre homes and businesses, connect them seamlessly, and keep them happy in the long run by providing the best experience possible.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and fine-tune new propositions using data and customer feedback
  • Gather NZ fibre homes and business insights, check out what our competitors are doing, and keep an eye on market trends
  • Support key initiatives and help them run smoothly from start to finish

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product development
  • Proven ability to support the development, launch, and execution of new propositions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills
