\Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of our service users. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Criminal Justice Team Leader in Norfolk.
\The successful candidate will have experience of leading teams who work with service users involved in the criminal justice system. They will be responsible for developing pathways between criminal justice agencies, both in the community and within the prison service, to support seamless continuity of care.
\The role involves operational line management of a team of staff, including supervision, appraisal, performance, and sickness management. The ideal candidate will be able to empower staff to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that assist service users reaching their full potential.
\About You
\We are looking for someone educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services, delivering services that evidence high performance and quality standards.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to use common MS Office applications.
