Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 per annum (pro rata for part-time), depending on experience. In addition, we provide 25 days' annual leave, rising to 30 days with service, plus bank holidays, as well as a contributory pension scheme and various benefits including discounts for shopping, cinema, and holidays.

About the Role: As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have been involved with the criminal justice system and are struggling with drug and/or alcohol issues. Your key responsibilities will include providing screening, assessment, recovery planning, and onward referral to ensure that our service users access the right intervention at the right time.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of substance misuse issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and stakeholders. You will also need to be proactive, able to work on your own initiative, and possess good time management and prioritizing skills.
