Job Summary

We are seeking a Programme Delivery Administrator to join our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our Ako (Programme Delivery) team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Programme Delivery Schedules and Lesson Plans: Ensure timely completion of programme delivery schedules and lesson plans
  • Minute Taking: Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide Assistance for Monitors Visits/Komiti Awhina: Contact stakeholders, collate information for reporting purposes, and file documents as required
  • Scheduling Appointments: Arrange appointments with kaiako and other stakeholders as needed
  • Provide Support to Kaiako: Assist with administrative tasks and programme resourcing as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in providing administrative and support services, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Maori. Ideally, you will hold a certificate in Business Administration or a related field, and a NZ Full Licence.
