**Role Overview**

At SGS, we are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Valve Technician to join our team in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in valve refurbishment and maintenance.

About the Role:

This fixed-term position is ideal for recent school leavers who are eager to start their career in the industry. You will be working closely with our experienced team to learn the skills necessary to become a qualified Valve Technician.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on various aspects of valve overhaul and repair, including site-based work.
  • Assist in the refurbishment of valves under supervision.
  • Participate in training sessions and customer inductions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Undertake training and testing as specified by your supervisors.
