Sales Capability Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Capability Lead to join our team at DB Breweries Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and ensuring our field sales teams have the right tools and strategies to deliver outstanding results.
**Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD CAPABILITY IN THE FIELD:
- COACHING & DEVELOPMENT: Develop and implement coaching programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- AUDITS & TOOLS: Conduct regular audits to ensure commercial tools support targets and ambitions.
- OWN SALES KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS:
- EXECUTION STANDARDS: Define and measure execution standards to drive continuous improvement.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
- USE CUSTOMER INSIGHTS:
- ACTION PLANS: Develop action plans to improve NPS and enhance sales processes.
- EASE OF DOING BUSINESS: Identify opportunities to make DB easier to do business with.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience and passion for coaching and development.
- Tertiary qualification with 7+ years' experience in FMCG, including 3+ years in Sales (preferably Field Sales, Key Account or Category Management).
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel regularly (30-40% of time) to support field activities and business objectives.
