The Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of Practice Mentors and collaborating with various functions across Service Delivery to enhance the capability of our frontline teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the team and motivating, guiding, and coaching Practice Mentors in delivering capability uplift interventions
  • Partnering with the business to scope, develop, and oversee learning initiatives
  • Fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Designing learning solutions to meet the learning needs within the business

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $101,287 - $119,161, depending on skills and experience
  • An additional 9% superannuation
