We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Whangarei. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of properties and providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have a proven track record of running a successful portfolio and be able to think outside the square and multi-task.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Manage an existing portfolio of properties in Whangarei
- Provide exceptional service to clients and tenants
- Work closely with our property management team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations affecting the property management industry
