About the Role

The Workplace Coordinator Lead is an essential member of the JLL team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through on-site workplace services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, time management abilities, and experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of workplace services, including facilities management, event coordination, meeting room maintenance, and technical support guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines, maintain high service standards, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Foster a positive team culture, provide training on administrative tasks, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge services.
