About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Auckland CBD.

This role manages workplace operations working onsite with one of our large, global IT clients.

An Overview of the Role:

  • Client/Stakeholder Management: Deliver excellent customer service, build effective relationships, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage multiple vendors to deliver timely and budget-friendly services.
  • Contracts Management: Monitor contract expiry, initiate re-procurement, and work with the regional team to ensure best value.
  • Finance Management: Meet financial targets, control requirements, and ensure adherence to account payable procedures.
  • Health & Safety Management: Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Site Operations Management: Implement best practices, maintain building procedures, and seek cost reduction opportunities.
  • 24/7 Emergency Support: Provide round-the-clock call support and site attendance during emergencies.
  • Risk Management: Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures, adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle's business conduct guidelines.
