The role of an AWS Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) involves working closely with Enterprise Support Technical Account Managers to provide supporting services and recommendations to customers to help them achieve transformation and lower costs.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Amazon Web Service engineers, Service Teams, Technical Account Managers, and customers to resolve and escalate support cases and customer requests, as well as assisting customers during service disruptions to mitigate business impact.
