**Job Description**

As an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting Chatham University's academic programs to prospective students, identifying and engaging with potential candidates, and supporting their enrollment journey.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  1. Managing recruitment efforts within assigned territory to meet institutional enrollment goals.
  2. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with high school stakeholders, community-based organizations, and business personnel.
  3. Providing proactive financial aid counseling and conducting Admission presentations.
  4. Supporting on-campus and virtual recruiting events.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in admissions or sales-related roles.
  • Prior enrollment or student ambassador experience with undergraduate populations preferred.
