About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Nursing Team at Toi Ohomai - Te Pukenga. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating clinical placements for nursing students, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical placements for nursing students, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Clinical Placement Lead and Clinical Coordinator in providing effective and efficient coordination of clinical placements.
  • E nsure that the work environment reflects a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and Health and Safety.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administration experience in the education and/or health industry.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and strong communication skills.
  • IT proficiency, such as Microsoft office and Google suite.
  • Highly organized and efficient administration skills.
