**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Midwifery Manager to join our team at Wellington Hospital. As a key member of our midwifery leadership team, you will be responsible for providing senior clinical midwifery support and leadership to the midwifery team in implementing organisational initiatives and managing day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
- Work across the full scope of midwifery practice, including rostered and rotating shifts.
- Provide holistic care to women and their babies, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
About You:
- You must be registered with the Midwifery Council of New Zealand and have a current APC.
- A Master's Degree in Midwifery or evidence of working towards one is advantageous.
- Certificate in Clinical Teaching would be an advantage.
- You should have experience across the scope of midwifery, including LMC experience.
