Support the Deputy Chief Executive in a Variety of Capacities:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Hudson Nz. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the Deputy Chief Executive in a variety of administrative and operational capacities.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary band of $64,000 - $86,000 (mid-point $75,000).
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment where humour and positivity are highly valued, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, including diary and inbox management, continue to run smoothly.
