Clinical Nurse Leads play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operational management and workflow of our Peri-anaesthesia Unit. We are looking for an experienced nurse leader to join our team and take on this challenging role.

  • A NZ Registered Nurse with a current Practicing certificate
  • 5+ years Peri-Anaesthesia experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • A team player with good organisational ability
  • A proactive team member able to work flexibly rostered hours

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing employees to ensure efficient operational management and workflow
  2. Fostering a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration
  3. Maintaining high-quality patient care through effective communication and coordination
